14th Congress of the World Federation of United Cities

The XIVth Congress of the World Federation of United Cities expresses its solidarity to the people of East Timor victim of Indonesian occupation and calls on all governments and the United Nations for the right to self-determination to be guaranteed to the people of East Timor.
