The real part of the resonances are given by a Bohr-Sommerfeld like quantization
condition. This was already known from the work of Dimassi.

The imaginary part of the resonances is given by a complex tunneling. One can inter-
pret this in terms of the natural phase space defined for adiabatic problems.
