Sums of random multiplicative functions

Random multiplicative functions taking the values 1, -1, 0 can be seen as
a heuristic model for the Möbius function or for real Dirichlet characters.
They are also an interesting probabilistic object in their own right. I will
discuss some central limit theorem type results for sums of a random
multiplicative function, as well as some negative results where a central
limit theorem breaks down.
