• The formula for r in Remark 6 should read:

r = (1+phi^2)^2/(2 phi^2) = 2 cos^2(2\pi/7) \in [0,1].



• The second z1 in (49) p.199 should be z3.



• The numerator of the formula for z2 (p.200) has a minus sign missing
(as is easily checked by solving (47-50)). It should read:
