Call for applications

One post-doctoral position is available at the Paris node of the project AGRUME funded by the French National Research Agency. The project coordinator is Itaï Ben Yaacov (in Lyon) and the Paris node coordinator is Todor Tsankov. The main topics are model theory, descriptive set theory (Polish groups), ergodic theory, and topological dynamics, and applicants working in any of those or related areas are welcome. The position will be based at Institut de Mathématiques de Jussieu-PRG in Paris.

The duration of the position is one or two years. CNRS sets salaries individually based on experience but someone completing his or her PhD in 2018/2019 should expect a monthly salary of around 2100 € (net). There are no teaching duties.
