Presentation

The African Mathematical School "Algebraic Structures, Number Theory, Cryptography and Applications" will be held at the Rectory of the University of Cape Verde. It is intended for Master and PhD students in Cape Verde and neighbouring countries. During two weeks, the school will offer courses on the two following topics

• Cryptography, Computational and Theoretical aspects of Number Theory (during the first week), and
• Algebraic Structures and their Applications (during the second week).

This school also offers some research talks on topics related to the representation theory of algebras (during the last two days).
