Hello, my name is Francesca Rizzo and I'm a PhD student at IMJ-PRG (Paris, France), under the supervision of Olivier Debarre funded by the ERC Synergy Grant HyperK.
Equipe: Algebraic Topology and Geometry

My field of research is complex algebraic geometry, in particular the geometry of hyperkähler manifolds. The kind of problems I'm interested in are: characterization of linear systems, locally complete families of hK varieties (like double EPW sextics and EPW cubes) and their relations with Gushel-Mukai varieties, degenerations of hK varieties and period domains.
