Initial program

This section of the initialization file is optional and must be unique. It begins with the keyword !init, and ends with a point. It has two lines. The first one contains an integer, and the second the name of a program or a command (which may have arguments). This program or command will be executed when the interpreter begins to run, and the greeting message (cf. 3.8) will not be printed. If the integer is zero, the program or command will run silently.
