Mon domaine de recherche
Mon domaine de recherche originel est l'étude des groupes
algébriques réductifs et des groupes finis de type de
Lie (les points sur un corps fini), et leurs représentations en
caractéristique non naturelle; mes recherches s'étendent aux
domaines mathématiques liés: les groupes de réflexion
rationnels, réels ou complexes, les algèbres de Hecke
ordinaires ou cyclotomiques et les groupes de tresses associés. J'ai
en particulier étudié la dualité d'Alvis-Curtis, la
descente de Shintani, la représentation de Weil, les
représentations de Gelfand-Graev, les groupes réductifs non
connexes, les blocs à groupe de défaut abélien, les
variétés de Deligne-Lusztig, les Spets.
J'ai écrit des programmes
permettant d'effectuer des calculs dans ces domaines, en particulier les
packages GAP3 Chevie et
VKcurve et le package Julia
Gapjm.
